Shipping & Returns
These are Discount Lighting's shipping & returns policies. Please read them carefully.
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you simply change your mind
- Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on the product availability. If a product cannot be dispatched immediately, customers will be notified by e-mail.
- If authorisation is given for items to be left unattended without a signature, Discount Lighting and any of their freight carriers are not responsible for the loss of said items. All items are covered by manufacturer's warranty for fault or damage
- Items returned for exchange must be in original condition & packaging
- Goods that have been installed cannot be exchanged
- Claims for damages or exchanges must be made within 7 days
- Products covered by manufacturers in home warranties will be subject to those conditions
- Light globes and fluorescent tubes are non returnable items
- Customer will be responsible for all freight charges on exchange requests
- If you have purchased an item that is currently not in stock or maybe discontinued, you will be notified immediately about the possibility of delay.
